Notice of Change in Steeple Claydon Dispensary Hours
New Opening Hours:
• 8.00 am – 6.00 pm Monday/Wednesday/Friday
• 8.00 am – 9.00 am Tuesday/Thursday
• 2.00 pm – 6.00 pm Tuesday/Thursday
Reason for Change:
• To allow dispensers to fulfil the increased number of prescriptions accurately and safely.
• To answer phone calls and address any queries efficiently.
• By focusing on the workload in the morning, we can devote more time to patient care in the afternoon.
Additional Information:
• On-the-day items will still be issued if you have a doctor’s appointment.
• Verney Close and North End dispensaries are open as normal.
Staff there are available to answer any queries you may have in relation to your medication.
• Please feel free to speak with a team member if you have any concerns.
